In response to your Public Records Request on the Radio Transmissions for November 2, 2007 from 15:OOpm to 23:OOpm. there

are numerous calls that I need to check each case to see the status with our agency and/or SAO; then provide Communications the list of the case numbers which are not exempt so they can copy the radio transmissions. The process will take a lot of time and costly since there's a lot of cases to go through. Please let me know if you still want us to proceed with this request before copying.
