I represent Willie Colson who is currently in custody in the LCJ in. reference to LCSO case number 07251052. I have preiously made a records request in reference to any reports, documents, audio or written, emails and other forms of writtings, photographs, receipts, CAD notes and Radio Transmissions, 911 tapes, or anything generated by your agency in reference to case number 07251052. I understand that it is the policy of the LCSO not to provide information on open cases. I respectfully request a reply from your office in writting in regards to what items you feel are exempt from Public Requests and for what reason. I am in the process of filing a motion and would like to show the court our attempts at obtaining the information and the LCSO position on it. Please let me know.
