The 1st e-mail request is ready for pick-up, the amount due is $12.75 (85 pages of letter sized documents). The request for Lt Davis e-mails should be ready this week, I'll let you know when ready.

 

In response to your last issue concerning e-mails to and from the LCSO and/or the SAO in regards to discovery requests. I don't have a record of or remember seeing this request, please resubmit and we will see what we can do. Rick

I can't really give you a time you can expect this request. LCSO does not have any system in place which would provide the information you have asked for. Without names of specific LCSO staff you think may have sent e-mail(s) I can only send out an e-mail to our distribution e-mail lists (which I will do today) and ask for anyone who has sent e-mail(s) concerning your request to provide a copy to me.
