This will acknowledge receipt of your Subpoena Duces Tecum for information concerning LCSO 07-25 1052. Your request for audio recordings or photographs should be made via discovery with the SAO or via Court Order from the LCSO Evidence Custodian; per LCSO Communications Officer Jay Frohock a copy of the audio of the radio transmissions is no longer available; it met the 30 day retention and was destroyed. Prior to the release of CAD Notes and LCSO incident report we require payment to the Leon County Sheriff's Office in the form of a Cashiers Check, Check, Money Order or Cash in the amount of $9.75 (65 pages of letter sized documents) if you pick-up or provide a SASE of sufficient size for the documents; or $16.25 if LCSO provides return mail service.
