In response to your clarification concerning item#6. uAny Records in reference to SPN number 166036 from April 13, 2006 to present" requesting a copy of any and all emails sent or received by your agency with "Inmate Brandon Hepburn" in the subject line.

 

As I responded on 04/21/08 © 4:11 PM "LCSO does not have any system in place which would provide the information you have asked for. Without names of specific LCSO staff you think may have sent e-mail(s) I can only send out an e-mail to our distribution e-mail lists (all current LCSO staff) and ask for anyone who has sent e-mail(s) concerning your request to provide a copy to me -- which has not been productive or worked in the past."

 

(Note: You had told me that this was unacceptable to you).

 

And as I responded on 04/28/08 @ 11:03 AM "Since the e-mail system the Sheriff's Office uses is the county e-mail system, I would suggest you contact them for assistance if you believe there are still e-mails you have not received."
