The 1st e-mail request is ready for pick-up, the amount due is $12.75. (85 pages of letter sized documents). The request for Lt Davis e-mails should be ready this week, Ill let you know when ready.

 

In response to your last issue concerning e-mails to and from the LCSO and/or the SAO in regards to discovery requests. I don't have a record of or remember seeing this request, please resubmit and we will see what we can do. Rick

Could you please give me an update on this request? Also, I would like to request a copy of any emails to and from Lt Leod Davis to and from anyone in reference to attorney visits, any attorneys, and legal mail from January 1, 2008 to present.

 

Please let me know when we can pick up the information. Also, we never received a response to our previous records request for emails to and from the LCSO and/or the SÃO in regards to discovery requests. I will try to find the request and email it to you again.
