Ms Dias informed me that your office is taking the position that you have responded to all of my records requests. I respectfully disagree. First of all I have not received any of Ms Dias records which she informed you to forward to me. Second, I never received a copy of all of Ms Dias requests to you, all the fees that she had paid to you in 2007 and 2008. All of your responses to her and much more. Ms Dias asked you to deal with me directly because she does not have the time follow up on requests everyday. She told you the requests were made on my behalf. She did not withdraw the requests, instead she asked you to deal with me directly to avoid charging me additional attorney's fees. You have not only failed to comply with 119 requests, you have given my family and my son's attorney the run around. I too have a life and should not have to spend years trying to get information which you must provide under Florida Statute 119. I have received absolutely nothing from your office but a letter telling me that you will provide me with an estimate. I am exhausted with all this and now understand what Ms Dias has had to deal with. I do not want to incur any further attorney's fees but if I have to get another 10 attorneys to get you to follow the law, then I will. How can your office prosecute individuals and then break the law? Why are you so resistant to provide simple records such as employee handbooks and office policies? Why can't you provide records in regards to Steven Bradley? Your office is required to follow the law. I just ask that you do. I have asked Ms Dias to file a complaint against your office. If she does not then I guess I will. This is ridiculous.
Sincerely.Kathryn
