Mrs. Fulford, I have been trying to reach you to see why you are not complying with sending me these records. I have emailed you several times and called and left you messages and you have not responded at all. I don't understand why you are not complying. I have forwarded a copy of my requests to your Supervisor, in hopes of getting a response. I think 2 weeks is enough time for you to respond with the records or respond in writing why you are not complying, why you are refusing to email these records. I need to hear from you within 24 hours with a response as to when I can receive these records or if you have no intentions on complying. At that point I will decide what my next step will be. 2. Name of the custodian of record for each employee manuals.

4. Name of any record at the Office of the State Attorney of the Second Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee, Florida used to track all records received by their office.
5. Person in charge of communicating with the Leon County Sheriff's Office about employee separation.
6. What policies and/or procedures are in place at the State attorney's Office to document separation (voluntary or involuntary) of a law enforcement officer or deputy with his/her respective agency?
7. What policies and/or procedures are in place at the State Attorney's Office to inform Assistant State Attorney(s) of misconduct from a law enforcement officer/deputy witness?
8. Does the Office of the State Attorney of the Second Judicial Circuit have any policies; or procedures, to document misconduct for law enforcement officer/deputy witness?
9. Does the Office of the State Attorney of the Second Judicial Circuit has any policies, or procedures to document Law Enforcement Agencies Internal Affair investigation of any officers/deputy witnesses?
Once I have this information, I should be able to narrow down my search.

Ms. Fulford, I have not heard anything from you in reference to my records requests and I need to know when the records will be available for me. Ms. Dias has been requesting these records for a very long time and have not received them. Please let me know when I can expect the these records.
